Customer Terms

Platform Operator

Loclbee is operated by My Next App LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, United States.

These Customer Terms apply to individuals who browse business pages and submit booking or order requests through Loclbee. By using customer-facing pages or request forms, you agree to these Terms.

Using Loclbee As A Customer

You may use public business pages to discover businesses and submit booking or order requests. You agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and avoid abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent activity.

By using public pages and submitting requests, you agree to these Customer Terms and any additional business-specific terms disclosed by the business you contact.

You must provide accurate contact and request information. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in request rejection, cancelation, or restricted access to platform features.

Business Responsibility

Each business is solely responsible for its services, products, prices, availability, order fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, and customer support. Loclbee is a platform and is not a party to agreements between you and a business.

Businesses determine the terms that apply to their offerings, including scope of service, delivery method, timing, and business-specific policies. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before proceeding.

Bookings And Orders

Submitting a booking or order request does not guarantee acceptance. Confirmation, scheduling, delivery, and completion are handled by the business. You should review details directly with the business before relying on a request.

You are responsible for verifying important details such as service scope, timing, price, availability, delivery terms, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility directly with the business.

Loclbee may send status-related notifications to help coordinate requests, but those updates are informational and do not replace direct confirmation from the business.

Payments, Refunds, And Chargebacks

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments for business products or services are made to, and handled by, the business (or its payment provider), not by Loclbee.

Questions about refunds, partial refunds, failed fulfillment, or charge disputes should first be directed to the business. Loclbee does not control business refund decisions unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

If you initiate a payment dispute with a card issuer or payment provider, related order or booking access and status may be affected according to applicable provider and business policies.

No Professional Advice

Content on business pages is provided by businesses and may not be complete, verified, or current. Loclbee does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice through public pages.

You should use independent judgment before purchasing, booking, or relying on business-provided statements, service descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Loclbee to spam, impersonate others, scrape data, interfere with service operation, submit abusive content, or create false or malicious requests.

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, businesses, and platform security.

Platform Availability

Loclbee may experience maintenance windows, third-party outages, service degradation, or feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uninterrupted request processing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue customer-facing features at any time, including request forms, communication workflows, and supporting functionality.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loclbee is provided as is, without guarantees regarding business quality, booking or order outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Next App LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your interactions, purchases, bookings, or disputes with businesses listed on Loclbee.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

Governing Law And Disputes

These Customer Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting the relevant business and, where needed, Loclbee support channels.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Customer Terms as Loclbee evolves, legal requirements change, or customer workflows are revised. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised.

Continued use of customer-facing Loclbee pages after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
