Terms of Service

Loclbee is operated by My Next App LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, United States. These Terms of Service form a binding legal agreement between you and My Next App LLC regarding your access to and use of Loclbee websites, dashboard tools, public business pages, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing any Loclbee service, publishing business content, or using platform features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

You may use Loclbee only if you can lawfully enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not satisfy these requirements, you must not use Loclbee. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, eligibility, and account authority.

Loclbee provides tools for local businesses to create public pages, list services and order items, and manage booking and order requests from customers. You may use the platform only for lawful business operations and related customer communications.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you publish is accurate, current where appropriate, and lawful. You must not use the service in a misleading, abusive, or deceptive manner.

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account and for ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms.

Platform administrators may disable accounts or suspend business pages that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service.

You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or account misuse. We may require password resets, additional verification, temporary restrictions, or other safeguards to protect users and platform integrity.

Business owners are solely responsible for profile details, services, order items, prices, availability, images, location data, and contact information they publish. Do not publish content that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or abusive.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for all content you upload and that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Loclbee helps customers submit booking requests. Each business owner is solely responsible for accepting, declining, scheduling, rescheduling, completing, canceling, and otherwise managing booking requests.

Loclbee is not a party to agreements between customers and businesses and does not guarantee booking completion, customer attendance, business performance, or outcomes.

Loclbee may also enable customers to place order requests with businesses. Each business owner is solely responsible for accepting, preparing, fulfilling, refunding, canceling, and handling any disputes related to those orders.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a specific feature, Loclbee is not the seller or merchant of record for goods or services offered by businesses on the platform.

Loclbee currently offers subscription plans priced at $29.99 (per month · covers all businesses on your account) and $99 (per year · covers all businesses on your account), unless a different price is shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically by default until canceled. You authorize applicable charges, and you are responsible for taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and similar charges related to your subscription.

Pricing, trial availability, and plan features may change in the future. Any change will apply prospectively and be reflected in the product or checkout flow before renewal where required by law.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged for a billing period. Cancelation affects future renewals and does not retroactively cancel services already provided during the current paid period.

Billing and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Your use of those providers may also be governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, card networks, payment processors, or provider outages.

Loclbee, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and platform content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by My Next App LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loclbee for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, decompile, or create derivative works from the platform except as expressly permitted by law.

You may not remove proprietary notices, use Loclbee branding without permission, or imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship not explicitly authorized by us.

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish (such as business descriptions, images, pricing, and service details). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve Loclbee.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to submit and publish your content, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies where needed. We may preserve, remove, or restrict content as reasonably necessary for operations, legal compliance, incident response, and enforcement of these Terms.

Your use of Loclbee is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data under applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

You may not use Loclbee to spam, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or otherwise interfere with the platform. You may not upload malware, bypass security controls, or access unauthorized systems or data.

You may not impersonate any person or business, publish illegal content, infringe rights, or use the platform in connection with unlawful goods or services. We may investigate and act on suspected violations, including cooperation with regulators or law enforcement where required.

We work to keep Loclbee reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control. Features may change as the product evolves.

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where practical, we may provide notice of material changes that significantly affect core platform behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loclbee is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, guaranteed booking or order volume, business outcomes, or complete protection from all cybersecurity threats.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Loclbee is provided as is and without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, booking or order volume, customer outcomes, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Next App LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to use of the platform.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Next App LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Loclbee, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Loclbee where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, non-payment, fraud prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms end immediately. Provisions that by nature survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions, remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws require otherwise.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us through platform support channels. Subject to mandatory law, disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

We may update these Terms of Service as Loclbee changes, legal requirements evolve, or platform controls are revised. The updated date above indicates when this page was last revised.

Continued use of Loclbee after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless a different acceptance mechanism is required by applicable law.
