Privacy Policy

Who We Are (Data Controller)

My Next App LLC is the controller of personal data processed through Loclbee for product operation, account management, platform security, and support.

Company address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when individuals use Loclbee services, including dashboard users, businesses, and customers who submit booking or order requests through public pages.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, publish a business page, submit a booking or order request, or contact a business through Loclbee. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, service details, location information, and booking or order messages.

We may also collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and approximate usage activity to keep the service secure and reliable.

If you subscribe to paid features, we also process billing-related information such as plan selection, subscription status, billing timestamps, and payment provider identifiers.

We may also process support interactions, moderation logs, and fraud-prevention signals when necessary to detect misuse, enforce platform policies, and protect users.

Depending on configuration and use, collected categories may include identifiers, contact details, account credentials metadata, communications data, transactional request data, usage analytics, device/network metadata, and platform security telemetry.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Loclbee, create public business pages, process booking and order requests, send notifications, support account access, improve product quality, and protect the platform from misuse.

Booking and order request details are shared with the relevant business owner so they can respond to the customer. Customer-facing notifications only include the information needed to confirm or update the request.

We may also use data for service development, diagnostics, quality assurance, incident response, fraud prevention, abuse detection, legal compliance, and enforcing our Terms and policies.

Legal Bases For Processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent (where required).

Our legitimate interests include operating and improving Loclbee, protecting users, preventing fraud and abuse, and maintaining reliable platform performance.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Some processing is necessary for contract performance or legal compliance and may not be optional.

How We Share Information

We disclose personal data to businesses you contact through Loclbee, to service providers acting on our behalf, and to affiliated entities where needed for operations, support, and platform administration.

We may also disclose data when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, and where necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, investigate misconduct, or prevent fraud and abuse.

Public Business Pages

Information added to a published business profile, such as business name, description, services, hours, images, address, and contact details, may be visible publicly so customers can discover and book with that business.

Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, file storage, maps, analytics, payment processing, and other infrastructure needed to run Loclbee. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and under appropriate data processing obligations.

Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with service providers and require confidentiality, security controls, and limitations on further disclosure.

Providers may include hosting, cloud/database services, authentication systems, messaging/email providers, payment infrastructure, map/location services, analytics services, and customer support tooling.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

Loclbee uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, platform security, feature preferences, and analytics. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be offered additional controls over non-essential cookies.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so can affect service functionality, including sign-in persistence and security protections.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from laws in your jurisdiction.

Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards, such as contractual clauses and similar legally recognized mechanisms.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Loclbee, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, legal requirement, and operational necessity.

After applicable retention periods, data may be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated unless continued retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request portability of your personal data.

You can update account and business information through your dashboard. If you are a customer who submitted a booking or order request, contact the relevant business owner for request-specific updates and also contact us for platform-level requests.

To exercise rights, submit a verifiable request through our support channels. We may request additional information to verify identity, protect account security, and prevent unauthorized data disclosure.

If you are represented by an authorized agent, we may require evidence of authorization and identity verification steps before acting on a request.

California And Similar Regional Rights

Residents of California and other jurisdictions with similar privacy laws may have additional rights, including rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and rights related to certain profiling or sharing activities where applicable.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Where applicable law distinguishes forms of sharing for advertising or analytics, you may have additional rights to limit or opt out of such processing.

Children's Privacy

Loclbee is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal data in violation of law, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep account access private.

Security measures may include access controls, encrypted transport channels, monitoring, backups, and incident response procedures proportionate to the nature of the data we process.

Despite safeguards, no online environment can be guaranteed fully secure. You remain responsible for maintaining credential security and using secure devices and networks where possible.
