Affiliate Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, accurately complete any application or onboarding we require, and maintain a valid payout method we support. We may accept or reject applicants at our discretion. Employees and contractors of Loclbee may be restricted from participation unless we approve otherwise in writing.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Loclbee. You may not bind Loclbee or make warranties on our behalf. Nothing in the Program creates a joint venture or exclusive arrangement.

We may provide a unique referral code or link. Qualifying referrals are attributed according to our tracking (for example, cookies and signup association). Attribution windows and rules may change; the version in effect at the time of a referral’s signup or conversion will generally apply. Self-referrals and circular referrals are not eligible.

Commission rates, eligible products, and calculation methods are shown in your affiliate dashboard or other written Program materials. Commissions typically apply to qualifying paid subscriptions generated from valid referred users, subject to refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and fraud checks. We may withhold or reverse commissions that were paid in error or tied to refunded or fraudulent activity.

Payouts are made according to the schedule and minimum thresholds shown in the affiliate dashboard, after any holding period we apply to reduce refund risk. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on commissions. We may require tax forms before paying.

You must promote Loclbee honestly and lawfully. Without limitation, you may not:

• Use misleading claims, fake reviews, or impersonate Loclbee.
• Bid on Loclbee brand terms in paid search or create confusingly similar domains/apps without prior written approval.
• Spam, scrape, or use malware, forced redirects, or cookie stuffing.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or cash incentives that misrepresent Loclbee pricing.
• Target content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or adult in a way that harms the Loclbee brand.
• Disclose confidential Program rates or non-public product information without permission.

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Loclbee name and approved marketing assets solely to promote the Service in accordance with these Affiliate Terms. We may revoke brand permission at any time. You may not alter logos in a misleading way or register trademarks/domains containing “Loclbee” without written consent.

You are responsible for complying with advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and disclosure laws in the places you market (including clear affiliate disclosure where required).

Either party may terminate Program participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach. Upon termination, you must stop using Loclbee affiliate links and brand assets. Accrued unpaid commissions for valid, non-fraudulent referrals may be paid subject to our normal review and any offsets, unless termination was for material breach or fraud.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCLBEE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS PAID OR PAYABLE TO YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST COMMISSIONS FROM TRACKING GAPS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

We may modify commission structures, Program rules, or these Affiliate Terms by updating this page or notifying you in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop participating.
